2024 Kicks off in June
We’re just over six months away from Austria and will be in a group with the playoff path A winner. Now that the draw is set, let’s take a closer look at the groups and the Euro 2024 betting odds.

There are still some matches remaining on the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying schedule next March. Then, 12 teams will contest three additional places in the tournament in a single-elimination fashion. In Path A, the winner of Wales vs. Poland vs. Estonia for a place in Group D. Group D is one of the toughest in the competition, with Netherlands, Austria and .
In Path B, the winner of Bosnia vs. Israel vs. Iceland. The Path B winner will be in a reasonable group, with Belgium, Slovakia and Romania.
Meanwhile, one of Georgia, Luxembourg, Kazakhstan and Greece will be the final team that qualifies for Euro 2024. They’ll advance to a group with Portugal, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
Tournament Favorites
The odds haven’t moved much, if at all, since Saturday’s draw. The Euro 2024 betting odds price Denmark and Slovenia.
Meanwhile, were also unbeaten in Group B. It seems that Didier Deschamps always has a selection headache on his hands, with an unbelievably deep group. There will undoubtedly be deserving players that miss out on the squad, such is the nature of ’s talent pool. Know that soccer predictions have them winning Group D.
Other Strong Contenders
have the benefit of playing all of their matches on home soil at Euro 2024. As a result, they show +600 odds to win their first Switzerland.
Spain won the Croatia.
Cristiano Ronaldo is still going strong at 38 years old. They were the only team to go a perfect 10-0 and Bruno Fernandes led the field with eight assists. Meanwhile, goalkeeper Diogo Costa kept six clean sheets. Portugal are priced at +800 odds to win their second title in the last three Euros. They also have a relatively favorable group, with Turkey, the Czech Republic and playoff Path C winner.
Dark Horses
Defending champions Italy are in the group of death and narrowly qualified for Euro 2024 in the first place. Still, bettors can find them at +1600 odds to become repeat champions. Gone are the days of Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci at the back. Plus, Marco Verratti hasn’t been getting called up recently. Under Luciano Spalletti, Italy have entered a new era and they’re a bit of a wild card heading into Euro 2024.
The zech Republic in the round of 16 and didn’t even qualify for the 2016 edition. Still, they come in at +1600 odds to win the whole thing.
Belgium’s golden generation is officially over, given Eden Hazard’s retirement. That doesn’t mean that they can’t compete, though. Romelu Lukaku led the qualifying field, with 14 goals, as Belgium finished first in Group F. Kevin de Bruyne should also return from an injury soon and provide a major boost. Belgium also have x-factor players like Jeremy Doku and Leandro Trossard. They’re an interesting pick, at +1600, as they’re in a group with Romania, Slovakia and the Path B winner.
Intriguing Longshots
Croatia nearly won their first international trophy back in June when they took World Cup final and 2022 semifinals. So, they absolutely shouldn’t be discounted here, even in the group of death. Note that the four highest-ranked third place teams in their groups will make the round of 16 anyway. In what could be Luka Modric’s last hurrah Croatia are +3300 longshots.
Denmark made the semi-final of the last Euros but have struggled to keep up the same form. There have been excellent results, like two wins over in 2022, sprinkled in with losses to Northern Ireland and Kazakhstan. I wouldn’t take their Euro 2024 betting odds, but bettors can at +3300.
Some of the most surprising teams of the past year have been Austria, Scotland, Hungary, Turkey and Romania. The latter three won their groups in qualifiers. Austria sit at +6500 odds and they have a recent win over . Meanwhile, Scotland and Turkey display +6500 odds and Romania are at +20000.
